Here is the camera with the covers off and you can see the 25mm Dallmayer prime lens with two motors to drive the focus and iris. Some cameras had a zoom lens in this housing.

The camera has just one valve ( apart from the vidicon tube for pedantic's) mounted center top of the top PCB. It is a 150 volt stabilizer valve used to stabilize the tube voltages.
