The Philips LDK614 portable camera was offered as a companion camera to the LDK6 series of studio cameras. It had a triax adaptor unit that fitted to the rear of the camera, in place of the battery, and this connected to the LDK6 camera processing unit. This needed different modules than the LDK6 camera. It would then interface with the LDK6 master control system.
