This LDK3 camera shown here with the covers open and the viewfinder hinged out for maintenance. You can see the three servo motors on the Angenieux lens and the servo amplifier is in the lower half of the camera body. In this instance there is a void to the front of the servo amplifier, it may be that this space is used with other makes of lens and servo systems. However it made a good place to keep your lunch!
