This picture is dated around 1970 and the camera is fitted with a Rank Taylor Hobson cable driven zoom lens. It has an "RTS" Racecourse Technical Services logo in this photograph, which was taken as the educational TV unit I worked for was about to purchase 4 of these from RTS. We used 3 of them (with the 4th being used for spares) to make programmes to aid teacher training.
