Marconi BD848 colour television camera

This is the second of the 3 tube Image Orthicon camera designs produced by Marconi.
It has later styling than the first one which had MkIII camera construction style.
This model uses the later MkIV construction style equipment.

Note the use of a single camera cable with 88 conductors and a brass BICC 101 pin connector with slow threads. The viewfinder now has the ability to tilt, a very useful attribute.
