Link 103 Camera 315° view

This Link 103 camera, recently donated to the collection, was last used by Sheffield Cable Vision. It was 'camera 1' from an experimental TV station in Sheffield that closed in 1976. Pictured here in "as received" condition, it has not been stored in good conditions and will need considerable restoration. The CCU is missing. The CCU may have been similar to the Link 104 CCU.

I browsed your website with great interest, particularly the ex Sheffield Cablevision Link 103.
I was an engineer there during its lifetime. There were 3 103's. 1 with a 10:1 zoom & 2 with 5:1 zooms. The CCU's were in a "mobile" desk with a Link PG, some Link D.A's & a Cox Vision Mixer. I have no idea what happened to the equipment in the desk.
