This BICC camera cable was introduced in the early 1950s and it was used on Pye and Marconi cameras. BICC offered a custom design service with 22 circuits or in the case of the camera cable 32. I believe that there were 3 co-ax cables included.

The large brass shell is over 3 inches in diameter and has a slow thread. The photo above is the fixed bulkhead connector, the cable one having a substantial rubber boot for strain relief.
